If an item is out of stock, we will try to make it available again as soon as possible. If there is no stock available, the item will be deleted from the website
Yes. However, product images on our website may not be exactly the same as the products delivered to the customer. The information about the products is provided by the manufacturer or the competent authorities of the sector, so we do not assume any responsibility for the information provided.
There is no minimum request value. If you place orders over €50, in mainland Portugal, shipping costs will not be charged.

Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- The card has expired. Confirm the expiration date of your card.
- The card limit has been reached. Check with your bank and confirm that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make your purchases.
- The data entered is not correct. Make sure you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Yes. You just need to select the company option from your personal data and fill in the requested tax data.
Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. To pay with Visa and Mastercard, only transactions with Eupago are accepted. Before checking that your card is linked to the Eupago system, the system will communicate with the card administrator so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity of the card and the user, the card will be debited. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
