VanitySoul reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, except for contracts that are in force and being executed. Prices and promotions are valid during the period indicated in the promotional campaign, except for spelling errors, photography errors, lack of stock and/or computer systems synchronization.

1.2. VANITYSOUL® accepts product orders only through this website.
1.3. The general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior express and written agreement. VANITYSOUL® may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and these must also be re-read each time you visit the website https://www.vanitysoul .com (hereinafter “Site”).
We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general conditions of sale.

By choosing one of these categories you will have access to the subcategories belonging to the selected area, as well as the list of products.
The products viewed on the website you wish to order must be inserted into the shopping cart, using the “Add” option. If there is a stock outage, the customer will be informed immediately about the status of their order and when it is scheduled to be delivered. If the order includes products with immediate and non-immediate availability, the customer has the possibility of dividing the order according to their wishes.
All information contained on this website or any information provided by our employees, has the sole purpose of informing and helping the customer with the purchase, thus not dispensing with the advice of the your doctor, when justified.

Delivery time depends on weight and delivery location. You can request detailed information by sending an email to encomendas@vanitysoul.com or by calling 967 838 113 (Call the national mobile network). Overweight or large orders are subject to shipping review. This way, the VANITYSOUL® team will contact the customer to adjust shipping. Customs fees are borne by the customer.
5.3. Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available, except under stock-out conditions.
- Continental Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.
- Autonomous Regions, Azores and Madeira: up to 10 working days.
- Spain Peninsula: 1 to 3 business days.
- Rest of Europe: up to 10 business days.
However, the delivery times mentioned above may be changed during critical periods, particularly during holidays, Christmas and others. And also, in orders that need to be inspected by customs.
ATTENTION: Orders subject to re-delivery (absent recipient/incorrect data) may have associated costs, borne by the customer.
5.4. Collection in store
Collection in store from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7:30pm or on Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Communicate the date and time of pick-up before picking up in case there are changes to the pick-up time.
6.1. If the order does not meet your expectations, you can return it.
You can make a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Your intention to return/exchange must be communicated via an email to encomendas@vanitysoul.com mentioning the order number, name and products to return. Subsequently, VANITYSOUL® will send an email with all the information necessary to correctly proceed with the return/exchange.

6.2. Any return/exchange of items must comply with the following parameters
Return of products in their original state, that is, packaging in good condition, tamper-proof and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the above proposal does not occur, exchange/return will not be accepted.
6.3. Return for product exchange
Shipping costs to our address are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in particular cases, such as products damaged during transport/technical problems.
6.4. Return for refund of value
If you wish to receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted. Except that the reason for the return is the sole responsibility of VANITYSOUL®. The return/exchange will only be carried out after checking the condition of the returned products.
NOTE: Returns are not accepted for: medicines, food (milk, baby food, etc.), orthopedic items with specific measurements, compression socks, personalized items and any other item that is flagged at the time of purchase by one of the our collaborators.
6.5. Order not delivered
Incomplete or incorrect completion of the delivery address may result in the order being returned to Vanity Soul. Therefore, we recommend that you make absolutely sure that your address is complete and correct when placing your order on our website. It is not possible to change the delivery address after the order has been picked up or sent by the carrier. If the address indicated on the order is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be transported and then returned to Vanity Soul. As soon as it is returned to us, we will contact you immediately via email so you can decide which solution you prefer:
1) That the order be sent again (the reshipment cost will be borne by the customer)
2)Refund the amount paid (the shipping cost will not be refunded). The refund of the amount paid will be made through the original means of payment and to the account used when making the purchase. The refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to process and the customer will receive a confirmation email once the account has been credited.
If the order is returned to Vanity Soul as “Unclaimed” – meaning it was not picked up by the customer from the carrier in a timely manner – Vanity Soul will proceed in exactly the same manner as described above.
6.6. Manufacturer's Warranty
VANITYSOUL® only works with products of proven quality, which guarantees maximum customer satisfaction with zero complaint rates. However, we inform our valued customers that medical devices (tensometers, nebulizers, thermometers, etc.) have an associated warranty, which varies according to the supplier and the device in question, which is mentioned to the customer at the time of purchase.

8.1. The customer has a maximum period of 14 days to freely terminate the contract signed with VANITYSOUL®.
The consumer can exercise the right of free resolution within 14 days, counting from the day following the day on which the purchase is made, without needing to indicate any reason.
To exercise the right of free resolution, the user must communicate their decision to terminate the purchase contract by sending an email to encomendas@vanitysoul.com or through a statement (or resolution model, which is not mandatory) addressed to VanitySoul®, Rua da Cruz Mota nº24, 4890-314 Fervença Celorico de Basto.< / span>
The right of free resolution does not cover the purchase of medicines, food (milk, porridge, etc.), orthopedic articles with specific measurements, compression stockings, articles personalized items and any other item that is highlighted at the time of purchase by one of our employees.
8.2. Effects of free resolution
In the event of termination of the purchase contract, and the assumptions in point 8.1 have been verified. , the amount paid will be refunded (except for shipping costs, except in the case provided for in item 6.4.), within 14 days, counting from the date on which the user informs his decision to terminate the contract.< / span>

8.3. Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the user (see item 7. of this document) at the time of purchase, within 14 days. Each registered customer will choose a Username (email) that is unique, personal and non-transferable. The password is generated automatically and can later be changed by the customer. It must be kept secret.
10.2. Prices and Stock Availability Limitation
Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable fees* and taxes (VAT). The prices indicated are exclusive to purchases made through this website.
The availability of the products displayed on the website is limited to the stock available at any given time. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without prior notice, including due to stock replenishment. *except customs duties.

10.6. Newsletter
The newsletters sent by e-mail and/or WhatsApp are intended to share promotions and general information from VANITYSOUL®. The customer may receive the newsletter from the moment they register for it or on the website, as long as no indication to the contrary is provided in the registration form.
10.7. Promotional Codes
It must be entered in the designated field when completing your order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with discounted items or certain brands (Libero, Saro, Tena, Philips Avent, Doomoo, etc.).
10.8. Online Points
By creating an account on our website and placing orders while logged in, you accumulate points — for every €1.00 spent, you earn 1 point (if the order contains promotional items, the amount does not accumulate points). Points can be redeemed at checkout while logged in. Within your account, under Control Panel > Offers and Vouchers > Points Card, you can check your points balance and convert them into a discount voucher. Point redemption is not available for some categories such as: Milk, Diapers, MNSR, among others.
